Gold ($75.00 (USD)) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal: no Those joining via Internet must send in "Proof of Service" within 60 days.

Platinum ($100.00 (USD)) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal: no Those joining via Internet must send in "Proof of Service" within 60 days.

Silver ($50.00 (USD)) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal: no Those joining via Internet must send in "Proof of Service" within 60 days.

Sustaining ($125.00 (USD)) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal: no Those joining via Internet must send in "Proof of Service" within 60 days.
